Designed as a mobile, garden-style flower cart, it complements a wide range of venues: from historic properties and outdoor spaces to modern event halls. Our setup is thoughtfully styled to integrate seamlessly into your space, with every detail intentional and handled with care.
How it Works
The Flower Petal Bar is available as an optional experience add-on for venue-hosted events and private celebrations. Add-ons may be structured in a variety of ways, including:
• Build-Your-Own Bouquet Bar
Guests create their own bouquets from a curated selection of fresh flowers. A self-serve, interactive experience and our most popular option.
• Pre-Designed Bouquets
Bouquets are thoughtfully arranged in advance and displayed for guests to select and enjoy. Many hosts choose this option as a beautiful take-home favor for their guests.
• Photography Backdrop
The cart is styled as a floral photo backdrop, creating a beautiful photo opportunity for guests. For an additional charge, we can provide Polaroid cameras, a vintage photo album, and on-site assistance with capturing photos throughout the event.
• Event & Bridal Party Florals
Custom floral pieces for bridal parties, tables, and key moments, curated to align beautifully with your event’s overall aesthetic.
• Ticketed or Admission-Based Event
The Flower Petal Bar may be featured as a signature experience within ticketed or hosted events. Floral costs are covered in advance by the host and may be incorporated into admission pricing. Each guest leaves with a beautifully designed floral gift. This option is ideal for galas, fundraisers, charitable events, and business-hosted gatherings.
